Frank Civil Consulting was created as a result of Frank’s desire to take his over 39 years of Civil Construction knowledge and apply it to assisting the development community with their Land Development projects. The concept being that by understanding the problems and challenges associated with design, municipal coordination, bidding, and construction of infrastructure, he can assist the developer with minimizing their risk of unknown conditions, poor design, contractor error, or the vast other variety of issues that plague the development community today and consequently maximize their profit potential on their projects.

Since the company’s inception, he has had tremendous success in accomplishing those goals. The proof is in the amount of repeat clients that have been maintained over the years. With little to no advertising Frank Civil Consulting has established a good nucleus of current development clients from all over the Southwest United States.
