Zach Smee graduated from Colorado School of Mines with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. Mr. Smee is a recently registered Professional Engineer in Arizona with almost 10 years of diverse work experience, including surveying, construction management, estimating, structural inspecting and analysis. Mr. Smee was responsible for surveying the foundations for the Solana Power Generating station outside of Gila Bend, AZ and transitioned into construction management for different aspects of the station, including the construction of the solar power storage tanks, modular piping systems, and solar mirror field. He then did construction earthwork and asphalt quantity estimating for Ace Asphalt. Mr. Smee also worked for Tower Engineering Professionals for 5 years doing structural engineering analyses on cell phone towers. Mr. Smee’s technical and professional strengths include communication with colleagues, co-workers and clients. He also has over two decades worth of technical experience with modeling programs, such as AutoCAD, RISA, TNX Tower and SolidWorks.
